Onboarding and company culture

Give your company culture a tangible form.

From day one to the team's everyday work. We'll design materials and products that help people get to know your culture, understand it and gradually make it their own.

Let's create it together

Design that works · Design that works · Design that works · Design that works

Company values are more than one slide in an onboarding presentation.

A new colleague starts forming a picture of the company from day one. From how you welcome them, what you hand them, how you communicate with each other and the things that accompany them in their everyday work.

And it's the same with people who are already in the company. Values only start to work when they're not just written down but can be experienced.

That's why we look for ways to translate them into tangible materials, small rituals and things that have a real place in working life.

What we can create for your people

Sometimes the first day needs to be done well, other times values need to find their way into the team's everyday work. Depending on the situation, we can create one specific tool or a complete system of materials.

Purpose first. Then the product.

We don't start by asking what could be produced. We're interested in what you want to strengthen in your company, how it should show up in everyday work and where a well-designed material or product can genuinely help.

  1. What you want to convey

Values, ways of working together, the company's history or perhaps what sets your team apart. First we need to understand what the final solution should convey to people.

  2. Who it's for

A new colleague needs something different from a team that has worked together for several years. We tailor the form and content to the people and the situation.

  3. When and where it will live

The first day, a workshop, a regular team meeting or everyday work. We look for the moment when the item has a real reason to exist.

  4. How visible the brand should be

Sometimes the visual identity matters. Other times the content or function should take centre stage. We look for the balance that makes the result feel natural rather than like an internal promotional item.

Where culture can take tangible form

Not every company needs a welcome box. And not every value needs its own poster. What matters most are the moments when a well-designed material can make something easier for people, remind them of something or help turn a shared idea into practice.

  • First day at the company

A welcome that helps a new colleague find their way and at the same time shows how your company thinks and works.

  • Passing on values

When you want not just to name your values, but to bring them into specific situations, team conversations and decisions.

  • Team workshops and meetings

Working materials and tools that help people get involved, capture shared ideas and keep working with them after the meeting ends.

  • Change or a fresh start

New values, a rebrand, a team merger or another change you need to take from an internal presentation into the company's everyday life.

Our work

From first idea to handover.

  1. You tell us what you want to strengthen

Tell us what you're working on in your company, who the solution is for and what change or experience it should support.

  2. We find the right moment

Together we'll look at where the solution makes sense. During onboarding, at a workshop, in everyday work or perhaps at a time of significant change.

  3. We design the content and form

We'll recommend a suitable product or material, its content, finishing and level of branding. If needed, we'll create a fully custom solution from scratch.

  4. We produce and deliver

Once the design is approved, we take care of production, assembly and delivery as agreed.

Clarity on the practical details, too.

The specific options always depend on the product, quantity, level of customisation and deadline. Share your idea with us and we'll tell you straight away what's realistic.
