Work tools and wellbeing
Sometimes it helps to switch off the screen and pick up a pencil.
For planning, focus, thinking together and a moment to yourself. We'll design work tools that naturally complement the digital world and find their place in your team's everyday routine.
Let's create it togetherDesign that works · Design that works · Design that works · Design that works

Not everything needs another open window.
We work in the browser, meet on video calls, keep track of tasks in apps and, more and more often, turn to AI for help with our first ideas.
That makes a brief change of scene all the more welcome. Picking up a pencil, sketching out a thought, jotting down a note or putting your day in order on paper.
Not as a step backwards. More as a counterbalance. That's why we look for work tools that don't replace the digital world but naturally complement it.
It's not about paper instead of digital. It's about knowing when each one makes sense.
For some people, it helps them plan the week. For others, it helps them think a project through or take notes in a meeting. We choose and design tools around what they are actually meant to do for people.
Notebooks for everyday work
For notes, ideas, meetings or the moments when it's easier to start with a blank page than with yet another online document.
Planners and diaries
Daily, weekly or custom layouts that help get tasks, priorities and time out of your head and onto paper.
Workbooks and bespoke tools
For a specific way of working, a methodology or a team need. From a simple workbook to a custom structure we create together with you.
Tools for screen-free moments
For reflection, focus, capturing thoughts or a short change of pace during the working day.
Your own company editions
Products that can draw on your company's visual identity, while everyday use remains their main reason for being.
Paper isn't here to replace digital. What matters is knowing when to reach for which.
Not every team needs a diary. And not every notebook automatically becomes a work tool. That's why we start with what should genuinely help your people through the day.
-
What your people deal with during the day
Planning, notes, focus, creative work, reflection or perhaps thinking together. The purpose helps us find the right format.
-
How they actually work
The working day of someone who spends most of their time in meetings looks different from that of a creative team or people who are often on the road. The tool should fit into their real day.
-
What should stay offline
It's not about moving the whole working day onto paper. We look for the moments when an analogue tool can complement digital work well and offer a different way of thinking or organising.
-
How your brand comes into it
The logo doesn't have to be the most important part. Your brand can show through colour, material, a detail, a structure of its own or the content. So that the result remains, above all, a useful work tool.
When paper comes in handy
Sometimes we need to speed things up. At other times, to slow down for a moment. Paper can have a place in the working day either way.
When you need to plan
Tasks, priorities, the week or the whole year. Sometimes it helps to see everything in one place and have it literally in front of you.
When you need to think
First ideas, sketches or thoughts that you need to map out, connect and put in order before sending them on into the digital world.
When you need to focus
Moments when you want to put one thing ahead of everything else and set aside notifications, tabs and other open windows for a while.
When you think together
A workshop, brainstorm or meeting where paper has a specific role and helps capture what emerges between people.
When you want to change pace for a while
Space for reflection, a note or a few minutes away from the screen. A small offline moment in the middle of a digital day.

From the working day to a tool that fits right into it.
-
You tell us who it's for
Tell us who the tool is for, what their working day looks like and what it should make easier for them.

-
We find the right format
A notebook, planner, workbook or something entirely your own. We recommend a solution based on how and when it will be used.

-
We fine-tune content and form
We think through the structure, materials, finishing and how much branding to use. If the product needs its own content or function, we design it together with you.

-
We produce and deliver
Once the design is approved, we take care of production, assembly and delivery as agreed.

Clarity on the practical details, too.

Get in touch
A few sentences are enough.
You don't need a finished brief. We just need to know what situation you're dealing with. Together we'll find the right solution.
Frequently asked questions
Do we need a finished brief?
No. We just need to know what situation you're dealing with (onboarding, an event, gifting...). We'll shape the brief together during the consultation.
How long does it take?
Usually 4-8 weeks from consultation to delivery. For urgent projects we can speed up the process, but it always depends on the scope.
Do you deliver abroad too?
Yes, we deliver across Europe. Production takes place in the Czech Republic, but we can arrange logistics to anywhere.
Can we order smaller quantities?
Yes. The minimum quantity depends on the type of product, but we usually start from 100 pieces.
