Events and conferences

Make your event more than just the agenda.

From the invitation and attendee materials to what people take home. We'll design physical elements that tie the whole event together and become a natural part of the experience.

Let's create it together

· · ·

An event starts before the doors open.

And it doesn't end with the last item on the agenda.

The invitation sets the first expectations. Materials on site help people find their way, take notes or get involved. And a well-chosen object can keep the event in mind long afterwards.

That's why we don't just think about what to produce for an event. We look at the whole attendee journey and find the points where a well-designed detail can make a real difference.

What we can create for your event

One standout element or a complete system of materials. We start from the event format, its visual identity and what people will really need before, during and after it.

Before. During. And a little while after.

We don't see an event as a list of things to produce. We're interested in when attendees will encounter each element, what it's meant to do for them and what role it plays in the event as a whole.

  1. Before the event

What should people know, expect or feel before they even arrive? The first physical contact can begin with an invitation or a pre-event mailing.

  2. During the event

What do people really need in their hands? A programme, space for notes, working materials or something that naturally draws them into what's happening.

  3. After the event

What should remain once the last roll-up banner is packed away? We look for things that are useful beyond the event itself and can bring it to mind without yet another advertising message.

  4. One cohesive whole

Individual elements don't have to be created separately. We connect them visually, materially and functionally so they become a natural part of one event and one brand.

Every event needs something different

Every event has a different rhythm, audience and purpose. And that shapes what's worth producing.

  • Conferences and professional events

Programmes, notebooks, working materials or other elements that help people find their way, get involved and take something away from the event.

  • Corporate events

Gatherings of employees, partners or clients, where physical materials can link the different parts of the programme and support the character of the whole event.

  • Workshops and learning events

Workbooks, notebooks and other tools that participants actually work with during the programme.

  • Cultural events and celebrations

Festivals, premieres, performances, gala evenings or award ceremonies. Situations where a visual identity can carry on beyond the poster or screen and become part of the visitor experience.

Our work

From first idea to handover.

  1. You tell us what you're planning

Tell us what type of event you're preparing, who it's for, how many people you expect, when it takes place and what budget you're working with.

  2. We find the right touchpoints

We'll look at the attendee journey before, during and after the event and together choose where physical materials really make sense.

  3. We design and fine-tune

We'll select suitable products, materials, finishing and the right level of branding. If needed, we'll create a solution tailored specifically to your event.

  4. We produce and deliver

Once the design is approved, we take care of production, assembly and delivery as agreed. So everything is ready the moment you need it.

Clarity on the practical details, too.

The specific options always depend on the product, quantity, level of customisation and deadline. Share your idea with us and we'll tell you straight away what's realistic.

No. We just need to know what situation you're dealing with (onboarding, an event, gifting...). We'll shape the brief together during the consultation.

How long does it take?

Usually 4-8 weeks from consultation to delivery. For urgent projects we can speed up the process, but it always depends on the scope.

Do you deliver abroad too?

Yes, we deliver across Europe. Production takes place in the Czech Republic, but we can arrange logistics to anywhere.

Can we order smaller quantities?

Yes. The minimum quantity depends on the type of product, but we usually start from 100 pieces.
